ARENA HUB PLAZA
A+E Group completed the civil engineering and site planning for the Arena Hub Plaza; a power center offering 515,000 S.F. of retail space on a 66 acre tract adjacent to I-81 and the Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre Township. Work included a signalized high-volume driveway, 2,500 parking spaces, the enclosure of 1,600 L.F. of the Coal Brook stream, the mitigation of several acres of wetlands, and the construction of two storm water detention basins. Tenants of the Plaza include Lowe’s, Dick’s, Michaels, T.J. Maxx, Best Buy, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Five Below, Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse.
