A+E provided all design services associated with the construction of a new 40,000 SF facility including 10,000 SF of corporate offices and 30,000 SF of warehouse and distribution space for a national PPG paint distributor. A fire wall was designed to separate the paint storage area from the offices. The warehouse area includes a recessed floor for containment of liquid paint spills and a water and foam fire protection system. Other building work included all electrical, mechanical, structural, and HVAC system work. Work included assistance with office furniture and furnishings. Site work included a new driveway, storm water detention basin and control facilities, and new electric, water services, and pressure sanitary sewer line and pumping station.
