LUZERNE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE
CAMPUS CENTER
The 72,000 S.F. Campus Center was designed for Luzerne County Community College on a steep slope to unify the upper and lower campus and provide a centralized campus location for administrative and student services. The Center includes administrative and executive offices, the Cafeteria, and the Bookstore.
HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER
The Health Sciences Center was designed with renovations and additions totaling 51,000 S.F. to create a center housing Luzerne County Community Colleges’ Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting, Dental Practice Management, Surgical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, and Emergency Medical Services programs. The four-story facility includes a 24 bay Dental Clinic, X-Ray Room, Radiology Interpretation Room, Sterilization Room, Blood Gas Test Room, Lung Function Room, seven labs and nineteen classrooms was completed at a construction cost of approximately $7 million.
