NEW MILFORD SENIOR HOUSING
New Milford Senior Housing is a three-story 24 unit apartment building for the elderly and disabled individuals located on a former grayfield site in Susquehanna County. A+E provided all site planning, architectural, and engineering design. Work included the demolition of a 40,000 S.F. concrete and brick structure. Design included an exterior terrace, a patio area, a community room and sunroom for group meetings, vistability features in all apartments, and a solar hot water system.
