A+E provided site design and land development permitting of a 1,150,000 S.F. warehouse and distribution facility on a 150 acre site. The facility supports 200 TJ Maxx stores located in the northeast. Construction involved moving 930,000 cubic yards of earth and the construction of 28.5 acres of parking for 1,200 employees and 400 trailers. Five storm water detention basins were constructed to detain 4.5 million gallons of storm water. Other civil work included the construction of 2,500 ft. of roadway, sanitary and storm drainage facilities, and gas, water, and power extensions to the site.
