LUZERNE COUNTY RECORDS STORAGE AND MORGUE
A+E Group provided all architectural and engineering design for the complete renovation of an existing 28,745 SF facility that once served as a USPS Carrier Annex. Renovation included construction of a 26,000 SF record storage facility and 2,700 SF morgue with autopsy room and coroner's office. Project included upgrades to existing fire protection, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; as well as the installation of a new security system.
