The following projects are currently out to bid.  If you are interested in obtaining the documents for any project listed below, please contact our office at 570.822.8500 or by clicking on the links below.  All Bidders must be registered on the A+E Group’s Bidders List.  Interested bidders must obtain Procurement and Contracting Documents from A+E Group or instruct A+E Group in writing to be registered on the Bidders List.  If you wish to obtain a hard copy of any bid documents, please contact our office, refer to the Advertisement for Bids for pricing.  Only Prime Bidders may obtain access to our FTP site with complimentary electronic copies of the bid documents.

THE DALLAS AREA FALL FAIR, INC. WILL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS for the LUZERNE COUNTY FAIR PROJECT located at 3605 State Route 118, Dallas Borough/Lehman Township, until 2:00 PM on APRIL 25, 2024 at the Office of A+E Group, Inc., 140 Maffet Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705.

The work shall be completed under the following contracts:

Contract No. 1 - New Animal Barn General & Site Construction shall include, but is not limited to, providing all labor and materials necessary to complete the General Construction and site/civil work associated with the New Animal Barn including demolition of the existing barns; metal building and structural members; site preparation; slabs-on-grade including associated earthwork, systems, and vapor barrier; exterior housekeeping pads; below-grade construction including excavation, backfill, and thermal and moisture protection; exterior work envelope including walls, floors, doors and windows; roofing including coverings, flashings, roof specialties, and retaining a certified RRO for duration of roof work, etc.; structural lintels and related wall openings, hangers, supports, etc.; building insulation for floors, walls, and roof; interior construction, access panels, partitions, doors, etc.; fire extinguishers and accessories; interior and exterior finishes; finish carpentry and casework; concrete walks, asphalt, signage, landscaping (including grading, topsoil, and lawn restoration), etc.; trenching and backfill; miscellaneous items; any remaining work not identified as work under other contracts; and coordinating schedule with other contractors and Owner. General Contractor shall provide commissioning.

Contract No. 2 - New Animal Barn Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) Construction shall include, but is not limited to, providing all labor and materials necessary for providing and installing plumbing fixtures, air handling units, interior equipment housekeeping pads, exhaust fans, in-line exhaust air fans, louvers, grilles, registers, diffusers, ductwork, condensate piping, pipe hangers and hanger accessories, domestic water piping, valves, water heaters, exterior water line, gas piping, HVAC insulation, controls, control dampers, duct accessories, flex duct, coordination drawings, factory start-up of all equipment and controls, Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), Owner training, Operation & Maintenance manuals, and construction scheduling reporting to the General Contractor, Owner, and coordination with all contractors.

Contract No. 3 - New Animal Barn Electrical Construction shall include, but is not limited to, providing all labor and materials necessary for providing new electrical service and panels; lighting; receptacles; conduit; wiring for CCTV; wiring for security, etc.; providing exterior lighting controls; data wiring and jacks; and construction scheduling reporting to the General Contractor, Owner, and coordination with all contractors.

Contract No. 4 - Miscellaneous Improvements shall include all work associated with or illustrated on the drawings and specifications in the Project Manual for Building No. 8 (Arts & Crafts), Building 11 (4-H Building), Buildings 12, 13, 14 (President’s Building), and Building No. 24 (Maintenance Building) whether identified as the work of the General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, HVAC Contractor, Plumbing Contractor, Electrical Contractor, etc. Work includes the complete set of construction drawings and specifications of all work as shown on the Drawings, including but not limited to the Civil Series Drawings (including PCSM-Series and ESSeries), ACA-Series, ACH-Series, ACP-Series, ACE-Series, 4HA-Series, 4HH-Series, 4HP-Series, 4HE-Series, PBA-Series, PBH-Series, PBP-Series, PRE-Series, MCS-Series, MA-Series, and MESeries, and as described in all Divisions of the Specifications.

The project is funded in part by a grant from the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). Contractors shall follow all RACP compliance guidelines.

LUZERNE COUNTY FLOOD PROTECTION AUTHORITY - CAMRYN WAY

THE LUZERNE COUNTY FLOOD PROTECTION AUTHORITY (LCFPA) WILL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS for the Building Renovation at 15 Camryn Way, Forty Fort, PA 18704. Bids will be received on the PennBid electronic procurement program until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, May 14, 2024. Bids will be opened privately at the convenience of the Owner. The project will be completed under one prime contract: Contract No. 1 - General Construction.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site on April 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM.

The project is funded in part by an ARPA grant, bidders shall comply with all grant regulations.
